Letter #10-Last Letter in the MTC

Hi yall!!!

K this has to be fast. Thank you mom for the CINAMON ROLLS!!! Thanks Jessica for the COOKIES!! Thanks Natalie and Rhett for the PULL UP BAR!!!! and doughnuts!!!! I love you all and it sounds like things are happenin down south!! yo yo. I hope work and chilling is good!! earlier this week I had one of the Elders that are from Finland ask me, so How many cases are in Finnish? I thought it was funny, because after he walked away he just called back "I dont know how much there are, I just speak it!" oh the ease of the native, lucky. So my companion had to visit a dentist, it was pretty sad and I went with him. He has to get a root canal. but the drive out of the MTC was fun!, I saw kneaders and University, and Lavel Edwards and Sherelys! I though all yall and I love ya. Thank you for the Belt too mom and All that you do!!! Thank you and Jessica for the I pod. Im sorry that this is so unorganized and not very good, but today has been really busy and I love you, but I dont have time for much.

Sup Family!!!

yo yo yo it sounds like yall are having a Great time!!! sorry I dont have much time, but Thank you so much Natalie and Rhett and Meghan and especially momma!!!! I love yall tosi tosi tosi paljon!!!! so tama viiko oli tosi hyva, this week was really good, i learned more or the language and it is coming along. a little. but its okay, this week two things are going down, 1) Im not allowed to speak english, its kinda fun, I dont like english very much anymore but its not like im any good at Finnish, but...... its still fun. good challenge yo!!!:) and also, kind of a bumber, we got kicked out of our residence room, they need the beds for something but they moved us down stairs, it stinks because now we are not with the estonian missionaries, they were Awesome!! the really built guy in the pictures, is Elder Usevitch going to Estonia, He is hilarious and fun to work out with in the mornings. yo yo. I learned alot of things this week, it happens ocasionally, yo. but what i though was cool, is that I represent Jesus Christ and His Church, and that I have the same purpose of Apostles, but something cool that I came up with is, all who were baptized, and take the name of Christ, we all represent Him, you dont need a badge for that, I thought that was cool. I saw two people this week, Bro Mendenhall and Natalie Hickey!!! it was crazy to see them, way fun, I also saw bro Phair a few weeks ago, that was cool. But..... lifes good, just serving working and lovin. Please feast on the BOM, we had some amazing talks about it from some cool 70s. I hope you enjoy the pictures, the tongon elders were just freakin sweet elders, good friends. the pictures also had, my district and the older fins, and ya, yo. I love you all and i have to go. sorry.

Letter #8

Dear Family,
 This weeks been pretty good, I dont have much time but im sending pics, or trying to. The language is going....... well its not really going anywhere but in three weeks i will be. i will be going to FINLAND!!! the land of the FREE!!! okay I will be leavin that but.... I'm down with that. In a workshop this week we learned about embracing a cultures good and in harminy with the gospel stuff and how to kindly the not so with the Gospel stuff. It's cool. and they told us to totally leave behind American culture. I was like, Okay!! "Expelliarmus!" jk. But it was still magical. yo yo. My companionship and I were made zone leaders this week, and I was made district leader, and I think I forgot to mention I've been senior companion this whole time. so I feel like I need something to do. Jk. I love serving others and I think studying the Gospel is ADDICTING. Sorry mom, I still havent been to choir for a long time, but I will from now on. I promise. So my favorite language study thing to do is to read the Mormonin Kirja in finnish. (Book of Mormon) it works with pronounceing and kind of fluentcy. i love the language but.... it doesnt love me. The devotionals are awesome and im not really excited to leave the MTC because then it would mean my mission is 1/10 over. other than that, I WANT TO GO TO FINLAND!!! but the MTC is great. It has its little iffs and ehhs. but its chill. Thank you for the support and the love. I pray for you all and I love you!!! I hope things are going good and join me next week on the adventures of VANHIN WAITE!! peace.

Letter #7

SUP Family,
So this week has been pretty good. we had TRC on thursday and it was great as usual. the two sweet elderly sisters came, they speak so quietly but its awesome to be with them. they have amazing testimonies and this time we taught how to recieve personal revelation through Chruch attendence. we shared our favorite hyms cuz hyms ya know bring the spirit. :) Sunday is always good, study time, luch, church meetings, study time and MORE study time!! I love IT! i really do, its weird. so on TALL, its this electronic system thing that helps us learn the language, but it has like a TON of words and phrases, i usually study phrases, and i have some personal favorites. there is one i rap to, and its so cool, its "sammeko tulla takaisin jonakin toisena paivana." it means "may we come back some other day" but its SO fun to say fast. tee hee. i say it all the time. i also know some other fun phrases and i singing them/ loudly chant them in the shower, especially the baptismal comitment, and since no one can understand, they think im just jibbering. but its fun to tell them afterwords what i was saying:) keepin it real. oh and the sadest thing ever, we had our first investigator drop us.... it was sad, even though it is just our teacher playing the investigator, it hurt, to feel like someone is understanding ABOUT the gospel, but not seeing why its important was hard. She was totally right because we werent teaching it the best way, we didnt relate it to her and its importance. but i Love my teachers. It is so much fun here. "mostly ups, out number the downs, but only in the MTC." thats off Robin hood yall. okay well, i'm having fun and its awesome! the spirit is so strong here, and i love the devotionals too cause we all sing together some songs and its just lagit. Its very speacial to me to be able to have the Savior as a friend and teacher, i know he has always been there for me, and all of you, but now i feel as if he walks beside me everywhere i go. i love being a missionary and the worst day so far was the day i relized i had been out for a month. i only have less than 23 left. i was very sad. i love you and im grateful for your support. have fun and be safe.
